Using acupressure, touch, and massage to relieve pain and tension.

Touch for Health is a basic idea of Oriental philosophy. We also work with the
Yin and Yang, Acupressure and some Reflexology. Touch for health does not heal anything, it restores the body so it may treat it self.Through unblocking energy and restoring balance, the body energizes and weak muscles are strengthened. You learn to listen, what body and mind is telling you what could be wrong and what can be done about it.

My Bio.

It started with a bladder infection that didn't want to go away. So the Doctor said we do an operation. Six months later I was in the hospital. It was three weeks later be for I went home. My problems were not gone, it was just the beginning. Within the year I was in the hospital three times. Seventeen years later I was still suffering. I was talking to one of our daugthers; she had seen Al Berry who lived in Kamloops at the time. Well I thought "I have nothing to lose by trying it out, and if that doesn't work I've had it!"

From where I live it is a long distance, so we stayed in a motel. We had made a appointment for the next morning, I was very nervous and found it difficult to relax. It was a success, and I was feeling much better. I had about three or four treatments, by that time I was able to help my self.

I started taking the course which Al taught us on weekends. When I came home after the first weekend of lessons, my husband made me a work table. I started
to work on people right away and I found that I learned better that way.
I started my business in 1992 and it is now 2006. I still love my work!  I now know we don't have to live with that much pain. Just because we are getting old, we don't have to feel old.
